One of the best aspects is the one-on-one care. The entire staff is very competent and knowledgeable. Miss Heather is an outstanding assistant. "Before coming to Dr. Val, we were told that our son needed so much work and that it could only be done under general anesthesia. We did not agree with this course of treatment and brought our son to see Dr. Val for a second opinion. She was able to keep him calm and even clean his teeth. Because Dr. Val was so gentle with our son, he trusted her to do major work in only 3 visits. For our son to have major dental work, we were concerned that it would be traumatic and he would never want to go to the dentist again.
